Yes folks I am still alive and well. I know all 3 of you that read my blog werent too worried because you see me everyday. But for all you strangers that stumble across my blog by accident.... well then heres a quick update of what ive done since last post.
- Health is a habit sprint triathlon (5th place)
- Ironman Arizona!!!
- Anthem turkey trot 10K (4 days after ironman)
- P.F. Changs Marathon
- Ragnar relay (1st place in our division)
- Pats Run
- Rio salado Olympic triathlon
- Tempe international Olympic Triathlon
- Gaspen in the Aspen 15k
I have also picked up a sponsor from powerade that helps me get into races and gives me plenty of refreshments. I also am receiving a full scholarship to run for Gateway community college this Fall semester. I am working at Hi-Health and am doing my best to work with the marketing director and get a sponsorship from them. So hope i dont suck at this blog thing as i havent been on top of things lately.
